Your privacy, your choice

Pick what runs before you carry on.

We only need essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure — those are always on. Optional extras (like the Google Maps venue picker) stay off unless you allow them. Read our cookie policy.

Strictly Necessary

Required for CloudInvites to work at all — keeping couples signed in, guests authenticated to RSVP, forms secure, and payments processed. These never require consent and cannot be switched off.

Always on
5 details
  • Session & sign-in · CloudInvites (first-party)
Keeps couples signed into their dashboard and remembers guest PIN/token access to RSVP and shared views. (Session / up to 2 weeks)
  • Security (CSRF) · CloudInvites (first-party)
Protects every form submission against cross-site request forgery. (Session)
  • Cookie choice · CloudInvites (first-party)
Remembers the preferences you set here so we don't ask again. Storing your choice is itself a strictly-necessary function. (12 months)
  • Payments (PayMongo) · PayMongo
Securely processes upgrades and prevents payment fraud, only during checkout. (Session)
  • Security & delivery (Cloudflare) · Cloudflare
Protects the infrastructure from malicious traffic and serves the site quickly. (Up to 12 months)

Functional

Optional conveniences that reach a third party only when you use them. Today this is the Google Maps venue picker in your wedding settings — it stays switched off and loads only when you click "Load map", or if you turn it on here. You can always type your venue and address by hand with nothing loaded.

2 details
  • Google Maps venue picker · Google
Address autocomplete and an interactive map when choosing your ceremony/reception venue. Loads only on your click or standing consent. (Set by Google)
  • Music embeds (Spotify) · Spotify
If a couple adds a playlist widget, the real Spotify player loads only when a guest presses play. (Set by Spotify)

Analytics

Helps us understand which blog articles are useful. Our analytics are first-party and cookieless — an anonymised page-view beacon that respects your browser's "Do Not Track" and stores no cookie or personal identifier. Disclosed here for full transparency.

1 detail
  • Blog performance · CloudInvites (first-party)
Counts anonymised article views and reading engagement to improve our guides. No cookie, no cross-site tracking, honors Do-Not-Track. (Aggregated)

Marketing & Advertising

We do not currently run any advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing trackers. This category is listed so that if we ever add one, it will start switched off and only run with your explicit consent.
