Can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Essential to Premium at any time by paying the difference. Your data and guests will carry over seamlessly.
Do I need to pay monthly?
Never. CloudInvites is strictly a one-time payment. We hate monthly subscriptions as much as you do.
What's included in the Planning Suite?
The Premium Planning Suite gives you the Master Plan board, a smart checklist, a day-of timeline, a supplier tracker, and a budget & payments tracker — plus our AI Wedding Assistant to help you fill them all in. Essential includes your website, digital invitations, and RSVP, but not the planning tools.
Can a ninong or ninang pay for our plan?
Yes. From your account you can generate a sponsorship link for whichever plan you want and send it to a ninong, ninang, or anyone else offering to gift it. They pay through that link — no CloudInvites account needed on their end — and your plan activates the moment the payment clears.
How many themes do we get?
There are 11 themes today — 8 Essential and 3 Premium. Essential unlocks the 8; Premium unlocks all 11. You can switch themes as often as you like, and during the free trial you can preview every one of them before you commit.
What happens after my access expires?
Your website will go offline once your plan's term ends. We're building a beautifully presented archive where you'll be able to download your photos and guest data afterward, with the option to extend how long it's kept on file.
