How-To Guides / Entourage

Building Your Wedding Party (Entourage)

Cast every role — from Principal Sponsors to your Best Man — drag guests onto your casting board, and watch each RSVP become a personal, honor-worthy invitation.

Assigning someone to your wedding party never speaks for them — every guest accepts their own role when they RSVP, and any assignment can be undone.

💡 Pro Tips

Switch Ceremony Type Anytime

Changing your ceremony type reorganizes the whole board automatically — any assignment that no longer fits simply returns to your guest pool, nothing is lost.

Suggested Candidates Float to the Top

Guests you've already tagged VIP, family, or entourage rise into a “Suggested” group at the top of your guest pool — the people you're most likely to cast first.

Declined Guests Are Flagged, Not Hidden

A guest who declined their RSVP is surfaced in its own warning group, so you never accidentally assign an honored role to someone who already said no.

Double-Duty Roles Are Allowed

A bridesmaid can also be your Veil Sponsor. Add a Secondary Role from her card and she'll appear, linked, in both groups — no duplicate guest needed.

Removing Someone Has a 4-Second Undo

Tap the × on a card and it doesn't vanish immediately — a toast gives you 4 seconds to tap “Undo” before the change is actually saved.

Guests Confirm Their Own Role

The green “Role accepted” dot on your dashboard only lights up once your guest actively taps to accept it on their own RSVP — you assign, they confirm.

Sharing Stays Read-Only

A “Share with Vendor” link always shows your wedding party for viewing only — your coordinator can see the cast list, never rearrange it.
