How-To Guides / Tracking RSVPs

Tracking Your RSVPs

Watch your RSVP funnel update itself in real time — and see exactly how to step in yourself for the guests who never click a link.

Automate first, chase second. CloudInvites tracks who's been sent an invite, who's opened it, and who's replied — automatically. But real weddings have real Titas who'll never click a link. For those guests, you set their status yourself in a few taps. The more automation handles, the less manual work is left for the ones who actually need it.

💡 Pro Tips

Let the Funnel Do the Watching

Sent → Opened → Replied. The funnel tells you exactly who's seen their invite but hasn't answered yet — no spreadsheet, no guesswork.

Not Every Guest Will Click a Link

An older relative who calls instead of RSVPing online? Tap their status badge and set it yourself — no PIN, no form, just a few taps.

Automate First, Chase Second

The fewer guests you have to manually update, the fewer follow-up calls you have to make. Let links and reminders do the heavy lifting — step in yourself only for the stragglers.

Held Seats Count Toward Capacity Too

Venue Capacity = Attending + Pending + Held Seats. Seats you're still holding open always count toward your headcount, so planning never comes up short.

Filter the Funnel to Follow Up

Tap any funnel stage — like “Opened” — to instantly filter down to just the guests stuck there. Those are the ones most worth a gentle nudge.

Manual Overrides Are Undo-able

Set a guest's status by mistake? Tap the badge again and pick a different one — nothing about a status change is locked in.

Replied Means Replied, Either Way

A guest who declines still counts as “Replied” on your funnel — tracking measures a response, not just a yes.
